The culinary theme of the 9th annual HealthCorps Savory Garden Gala inspired the invitations’ menu design and carried over to the marketing materials. The cover design for the 15-page sponsor packet features a photo from the gala’s table setting and includes information about the company, the event, and forms for potential sponsors.

Several dozen large and small posters were created for sponsor booths at the event. Each features the company's logo, a photo, and quote from a student or coordinator in additon to special callouts for sponsors’ posters.

The gala's 60-page program includes information about the night’s festivities, insight into HealthCorps’ goals and achievements, and biographies of the night’s honorees as well as ads from the event's sponsors.
